Studies

Sudah 3 hari tak buka buku CISCO, tak buat lab. Huh, so buzy lately. On Sunday, attend business briefing. Balik rumah, igat nk buka buku  study, tp punya laa tak semangat nk baca. Tup tup, buka laaa internet, layan Facebook.

Hari Isnin, ingat nk start study tp tetiba dpt call dr CallCentre(our 1st level support to customer) asked me to visit customer dekat KL Central. Customer complain network diorng slow. Bulan 4 hari tu dah pergi, dah buat investigation, ala2 CSI lagi, dah keluarkan report, tp tak ada feedback dr Mr Customer. Semalam, diorg complaint lagi, pergi sekali lagi, buat penyiasatan lagi, tp….sama juga. Ye laa Mr Customer, you are paying us the money, so we do what we can do!!! “you are not always right anymore but you are always first”…. kata seorg pakar motivasi.

Ok, back to my study, TIME so fast passing by. Now, I have to manage TIME properly. I have 3 things need to do. 1st is my daily work. Even my daily work is always have free TIME, but once I assigned a task by boss, that is the busiest day for me. No TIME to do anything else. 2nd things that i need to do is my study to archive 2010’s target/mission. I have to or at least sit the lab exam at HongKong this year, what ever the result I can get, that is doesn't matter it pass or not but I have to try 1st. And the last is new BUSINESS. Just starting, as a part TIME only. But, my study is 1st priority for me now.. I love to learn…I love education…
